Every 3-6 months, that’s most automatic doors suppliers suggest on their user manual. There is not fix time for how often should automatic doors be serviced and some simple steps you could do for daily check of your automatic sliding door for smooth and safe operation.

1. Check and clear any rubbish, debris around the bottom tracks of sliding doors to ensure your slider works smoothly.
2. Do the daily safety checks according to the user manual which provided by the supplier.
3. In the event of heavy rain/snowfall/ice storm, remove the all the obstacles in the aluminum track to reduce rusty of aluminum track
4.  Contact with local automatic doors service and schedule a site check for every 3-6 months.
